With 14 years of experience at Marriott, O'Karean has built a strong foundation in hospitality, leadership, and operations. Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, he came from a big family that instilled in him the values of hard work and perseverance. His career began in finance as a bank collector at Bank of America, where he worked his way up to Assistant Vice President. However, he found his true calling in hospitality, starting as a night auditor and steadily advancing to General Manager. His journey reflects his dedication to growth, excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
