This past year was a transformative year for Mehr Consultancy. From settling into a new headquarters in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and expanding our portfolio, to launching MEHRIT and strengthening key industry partnerships, we continued to advance our mission of delivering transparent, performance-driven hotel management rooted in people-first hospitality.
A Growing National Footprint
In 2025, Mehr Consultancy strengthened its presence as a national hospitality management and investment firm trusted by owners across the country. We expanded our portfolio to nearly 40 hotels with more than 4,000 rooms across 15 states and seven major brand families, serving diverse markets and investor needs. Our nationwide team of over 700 associates delivers hands-on support at every property, blending operational expertise with a consistent focus on profitability, quality, and people.Â
Settling into DFW and Our New HQ
In mid-2025, we officially relocated our headquarters to Irving, Texas. This move marked a strategic shift to put us closer to the heart of a vibrant hospitality market and positions Mehr to better serve owners, partners, and properties nationwide. Our new office reflects our growth trajectory and enhances collaboration across leadership, operations, and support functions. In late October, we were also grateful to host Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, at our new HQ.Â
Introducing MEHRIT
In September, Mehr Consultancy introduced MEHRIT, our proprietary sales program designed to drive group revenue and streamline conversion opportunities across our portfolio. By centralizing outreach, RFP handling, site coordination, and follow-up in a dedicated sales structure, MEHRIT connects sales directly with operations — tightening execution loops and increasing results amid shifting market demand. Early performance signals across MEHRIT-serviced hotels show promising boosts in group capture and revenue performance.Â
Adding to the Team
We continued to grow our team in 2025, now with more than 700 associates nationwide, while placing a strong emphasis on recognition and culture. We celebrated standout leaders through our GM of the Quarter and other team recognition programs, honored veterans on our team for the service and discipline they bring to our properties, and recognized our housekeeping teams during International Housekeeping Week for the essential role they play in maintaining quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction across the Mehr portfolio.
Key Partnerships We Built
A few collaborations helped us run better and connect deeper in the industry:
Became a Bronze Industry Partner with AAHOA. We joined events like the 2025 AAHOA North Texas Hotel Owners Conference right here in DFW to swap ideas with owners and push the industry forward.
We announced our partnership with Canary Technologies in October. We rolled out their guest management tools across our IHG properties to make check-ins smoother, personalize stays, and open up extra revenue streams.
Expanded our work with Inn-Flow in November. After a successful pilot, we brought their platform into corporate bookkeeping for real-time numbers and tighter control over our expanding portfolio.
This December, we were featured on the cover of Today’s Hotelier magazine for our Kalibri partnership. The feature highlighted how our collaboration with Kalibri helps owners make smarter, data-driven revenue decisions and reinforces our focus on transparency and performance.
We were also proud to attend the 2025 Hilton All Suites & Focused Service Conference in Orlando, The Lodging Conference in Phoenix, and the Hospitality Show in Denver.Â
Looking Ahead to 2026
We’ll stay active where owners, investors, and operators are shaping the future of hospitality, with plans to attend and participate in major industry conferences, including ALIS and the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, where our CEO Harmeet Mann has been invited to speak in early 2026. We’ll also be exhibiting at AAHOACON in Philadelphia for the first time, creating opportunities to connect directly with owners, share how we operate, and have practical conversations around performance and long-term value.
Above all, we’re grateful — to our owners who trust us with their investments, to our partners who help us operate better every day, and to our teams across the country who show up and do the work that keeps our hotels running strong.
As we move into 2026, we’re carrying that momentum forward with appreciation for what this year delivered and confidence in what’s ahead.
